  Properly portioned meals. Less sugar. Try to stay away from foods that have preservatives if possible. No fried foods. Less carbohydrates and more of the balanced food groups we should be eating. More fruits and vegetables but DO NOT cut out meat. Meat is an important part of a healthy diet when eaten in the proper proportions. Most of all drink lots of water. So many of us do not drink enough water. I know you say there is water in what I drink but most sodas and other drinks have ingredients that are diuretic and actually pull more water out of our system than we are putting in.

  Attention sheeple - pharmaceutical companies have only your best interests at heart and are only using testing such as the above stated to further their research and provide better drugs to treat all of your ailments. You may resume your normal life now.........
  
  I hate pharmaceutical companies!!! There is a SMALL need for SOME pharmaceuticals that actually treat the problem and not the symptoms. Pharmaceutical companies are now making drugs to treat the SYMPTOMS that have shown up in patients from taking other drugs that will only treat symptoms due to the overprecribing medical community handing out prescriptions rather than telling patients the truth - - - "Get off your lazy ass and excercise! Eat right! Stop overindulging in drugs and alcohol! Stop putting carcinogens into your body (smoking anything)! Follow this prescriiption and I guarantee you won't need most of the pills that you are taking."
  
  Why is it that doctors precribe so many pharmaceuticals instead of just providing the truth? Because they get tired of listening to people whine about how they can't handle anything. Not the best way to handle things but they are looking to stay employed and major medical care is now run by crooked health care giants that make being a doctor damn near impossible any more.

  Angry sheeple = still sheeple

  on The Latest Attempt By The Obama Administration To Punish Whistleblowers
  We are all still just sheeple because none of us, myself included, are really doing anything about the issues and problems with our government and politicians. We may be angry sheeple with very knowledgeable opinions and willing to voice them in these comments but we are still just sheeple. Soon, very soon I will start a movement for Americans that can no longer stand the government and are willing to do soemthing about it. There will be meetings once a month and we will pick who has to bring snacks for the next meeting by random drawing.

  The sad thing about our country is that we are slowly but certainly being stripped of our freedoms a bit at a time. The constitution and the bill of rights have been ammended and changed by rulings of supreme courts and case precedence in shady trials that have reduced our rights as citizens of this great country. I know you're waiting to see how this all links to the title (frogs and all). Here is the analogy that I was given years ago by my grandfather. It relates how changing the environment we live in by small degrees allows us to not notice things until it is too late to do anything about it.
  
  "If you drop a frog into a pot of boiling water what happens?
  It will immediately jump out to save its life.
  
  So what happens if you put a frog in a pot of room temperature water and slowly apply heat?
  The frog will go on swimming around not noticing that the water is increasing in temperature until it is boiling and the frog is dead."
  
  The people in charge in out government know this and are changing laws that seem insignificant now but when added together in the end they will have changed the way our country is governed and we will have lost all of our freedoms.
  
  Now the real problem is not that the government is slowly turning up the heat on our pot of water. The real problem is that so many of us realize this and we are still willing to stay in the water and swim hoping that someone else will deal with the problem myself included.
  
  Get hopping mad about the indecencies that happen!!! But also do something about it. (I'm hollering at myself here too - lol)
