  I think you have misunderstood something about this lawsuit. I sought to obtain other counsel so I could be a plaintiff, but ACLU, EFF, and CCR declined. I couldn't stand by while the statute of limitations ran, so I decided to represent the named plaintiffs and the proposed class. You'll see my name on the Complaint as Plaintiffs' lawyer.
