UPDATE 9/17: CD Projekt Red has responded to Ethan Reynolds' claims, clarifying that the reason why it issued the trademark strike was because Reynolds was allegedly using the Cyberpunk 2077 tag to promote Neon Nights.
"The reason why our legal team reacted was because of the Cyberpunk 2077 trademark was being used (in the tags) to sell unrelated products. This information was also included in the original email you received and partially quoted."
Are these companies still using ad services provided by google? When google dominates advertising shouldn't the problem be with them keeping advertising revenue low for sites?
All of this security theatre does nothing to help. Pointless invasions of privacy need to be stopped rather than expanded. Like seriously what exactly are these people searching for at the border? What legitimate need is there?
The scariest thing with all this is that some people are applauding it. I have spoken to creators that continue to blame piracy for them not being rich while apple and labels take 90+% of the revenue for their creations./div>
This really is a big part of this. Phones not having guaranteed security updates have forced them into being disposable. The way to avoid this is increasingly difficult even for tech-savvy users as bootloaders are locked and root results in bans from many apps. Part of me wishes that items that are disposable should be taxed on the cost to recycle into a new item. We used to have 10 year warranties on things. Now we have 1 year./div>
Any thought to the possibility that he is being honest. That this temporary unlimited data offering is literally a play to make them look more competitive while he strips out protections and then they can cry about how unlimited isn't feasible and turn ALL unlimited users into limited by adding more network controls. IE you are now unlimited but if you aren't accessing one of their partner sites it will unfortunately "have to be throttled due to network congestion concerns"./div>
I just want to note that Fit Crunch is available in multiple flavours and only one of them uses the blue colour. That said this was inevitable because they are both making chocolate bars with the name Crunch in them. They would be fighting even if the appearance was ridiculously different./div>

As has been repeatedly shown. Cops are more likely to lie about their workplace than almost any other profession.
