Last time I checked, libertarians were morally fine with making a profit on the free market. I see no conflict. I do, however, see a conflict if this matter is settled in Paul's favor. If every person that dove into politics or other media spotlights could stomp on everyone that used their name, it would set a terrible legal precedent. After all, our pool of media attention will only keep expanding. And it seems like the website made clear disclaimers that Paul did not create the site./div>
I laughed at this because my grandmother despised google, wikipedia, etc., despite the fact she never utilized them. She said she missed the 'smell' of card catalogs, but I doubt this was the cause. I loved her to death, but what I believe her disdain of new technology was her fear of its learning curve. Perhaps we should be as focused on educating older people as well as the young to usher in new tech in our society./div>
What is bothersome as well is the lack of recourse for the victims of theft at the hands of the TSA. I'm speaking, unfortunately, as one numbered among those. Because I didn't have a big camera following my luggage, I was stuck on the proverbial 800-line-to-nowhere. I'd argue for more oversight, but I fear that would only expand the ever-growing bureaucracy./div>
I do not think that anyone here is objecting to the right of individuals to hire an attorney, but rather the abuse of this power. A lawyer has a right to turn down a ridiculous civil suit such as this one. Greed and hubris are the upsetting factors here./div>
Yes Amanda is an exception. The entertainment industry is difficult to succeed in as a rule. This is why parents never like to hear, 'I'm dropping out of college and becoming a rock star.' There are simply a disproportionate amount of people that want to become artists to those who can really capture an audience. The audience cherry-picked the artist in this case, not the executives or this article./div>
I'm amused. I agree women should be subject to the same laws as men. But please don't forget it is the male lawmakers crying out that women should not be subject to selective service, front line combat, etc. Getting back on the actual subject of this article, I believe this law is not effective or productive, sir.
Sincerely,
A feminist rant, oops, I mean a woman who disagrees with you./div>

This litigation is taking up our tax dollars and court time. The companies involved should be made to pay fines./div>
