  Software is speech. Making Apple write software is government compelled speech. So, taking a guess here, 1st amendment?

  Software is speech. There are plenty of rulings that say so.
  
  This is the FBI compelling Apple to write software that does what they want. This is nothing more that Government mandated compelled speech.
  
  Why isn't this being framed as a 1st amendment violation, forcing Apple to adopt the FBI's utterances?
