I think that the intelligence community should continue naming their covert spy programs after various dr who villains. it will make them easier to hate as long as they continue to name them things like "weeping angels". nothing makes you more angry than associating spy programs with those beings who took our favorite whovian companions./div>
hippa violations can only be committed by those who are expected to protect patient confidentiality like doctors, nurses and pharmacists. what the football player can do is bring hippa up as evidence as to what the average person considers the standards regarding a violation of privacy in areas of life considered not newsworthy such as private medical care. and actual harm could be argued in that the records could materially affect his employment./div>

The police and those who are in the National Guard, especially here in South Carolina, tend to be those who most exercise their personal right to own firearms separate from their jobs. Whether it was intended or not the pseudo-militia that is the modern police force and members of the military own most of the guns and would render a civilian military uprising a lost cause. the whole reason that new social movements in europe have succeeded in garnering support is with legal fights and through electronic warfare./div>

Now the U.S. comes in and says we won't join unless you do x number of things. Nations like New Zealand need to get out of this before they get stepped on big time. Either that or ban U.S. and Japanese tourists from visiting L.O.T.R. sites./div>
