  SONY, Is..in my (and MANY others) opinion single handedly DESTROYING recorded music, rather.. they are trying to do so! They push Inferior Technology claiming it is better than others (SACD vs DVD-A)& Mini Discs!!!!! They have DESTROYED more than one music career!!!!! Michael Jackson was right when he said "Sony is the Devil"!!!!!

  GOLDDIGGING!

  on Men At Work Ordered To Pay 5% Of Earnings On 'Down Under' Over Copyright Claim
  This is yet another example of Golddigging! It's Pathetic, the song in question (a classic by the way) was released almost 30 years ago, and the band Men At Work are long out of the mainstream. What (ethical) reason could these publishers have for trying to extract money from these musicians? NONE that I can see, especially since they did not even own these rights when the song was a radio hit! Folk music NEVER sold as well as Pop Music! It seems to me, Men at work borrowing a melody from Kookaburough would only HELP bring in revenue! The way the entertainment industry is heading Scares Me!

  Apple is Out Of Control!

  on Apple Fighting Macpro In Australia, Despite Is Using That Name For 26 Years
  This is ridiculous, The way I see it Apple(Steve Jobs mostly) feels they are above the rules (of fair play) because of the iPod/iTunes success! This Austrailian company has been doing their business for 26 years, but hey, now all of a sudden they're going to start making computers? PLEASE.......Apple, take a Chill Pill!
