To be fair, it wasn't his client's statement that he was categorically denying happened, it was the founder and messiah of his client. The reporter was claiming (correctly) that L. Ron Hubbard said you needed to put people in isolation. Gibson was merely denying the correctness of the teachings of the prophet ... shun the nonbeliever!!!!/div>
I have so much negative association with the name Roca Labs, when I saw my Valium was made by Roche Labs, I instinctively dumped the bottle down the drain and beat up my neighbor. I intend to sue Roca over this incident./div>
How so? First, the fool that represents Roca Labs quotes the wrong law, NRS 197.010 only applies to members of the executive branch, and NRS 197.020 explicitly excludes state legislators from its definition of "public official". The correct statute would be NRS 218A.960 for state legislators like Jones, but even that wouldn't apply, because at the time, he wasn't a state legislator. Moreover, given that no value was discussed or even hinted at, and all indications are that this bill was widely supported in Nevada, you'd be hard-pressed to demonstrate that this offer controlled Jones' actions. Bribery analyses aren't stuck on formalities, they care about motivations and intentions, and here, you'd be hard-pressed to find corruption of either./div>

Re: About his response to Levy's letter
IDK, I've always thought of those damn e-mails as "Specially Processed American Meats", maybe WWII Brits were just ahead of their time!/div>
