Prokofy. While it is understandable one would use so much verbiage; I just don't understand why one would go to such lengths to avoid the point. To wit: even though there maybe millions of violators, each and everyone is entitled to "due process" under the Constitution Of The United States. That is not the most important point. It is the only point.
