I'm confused how one part of this says "recordings/photos are not any different than the officer being there and remembering what he sees" yet it says that you can't look through them.
But what if someone sent out an email saying "hey, did anyone see floral curtains anywhere?" and someone says "yes, I remember that." That should be the same as looking through recordings of where the officer has been based on the assertions in the first part, right?
I'm a bit confused. Are we going to start getting reports on all companies that don't have good tech support? That seems like it will be a lot of articles.
Or was this one company selected for an article on their tech support for another reason?
My understanding is that since games make like 80% of their money in the first month after release, the plan always was to remove denuvo after the first few months or whatever, since the cost of piracy quickly approaches zero.
If you want to put music in a movie, you have to get a license for it. Why would it be any different in a stream?
If you think having popular music in your stream will attract people, then it has value. That value should be shared with the people creating the music that you attribute value to.
Why did they even choose those images to start with? Probably because they were recognizable.
I don't have any problem with them not being able to make money off someone else's work like this.
Why don't they just commission (pay for...) some artwork if they want to profit off of it? The specific images aren't actually that important to the work, anyhow./div>
The full loop concept will, but this is just a first prototype of the first parts of loop. It's not supposed to be anything more and it was still a great deal for LV and will grow to become more.

No one should ever be putting SSNs in HTML
That statement (subject) is nonsense.

additionally couldn't a member of the public request the video under FOIA without a warrant?

Reviews don't really seem to be "mixed". 99% happy people and 1% negative isn't "mixed".

I don't love the current system, but I bet most DMCA requests are accurate.
Lots are and that hits at people's confirmation biases, but I bet 99.999...% of them are correct.
/div>It's ironic that you respect "free speech for companies"
Companies shouldn't have constitutional protections.
You shouldn't be able to violate "facebook's first amendment rights". It shouldn't have any.
That decision was almost as bad as citizen's united.
People have rights, companies don't.
/div>unpopular opinion, but you're not entitled to perform a game
There is no right to be able to perform a game to an audience. Game makers allow it commonly, but it is an allowance and it can be disallowed.
When you buy the game you are not buying a license to perform the music in the game.
This doesn't seem all that weird.

I'm guessing they mean once loaded it's not slowing down your frame rate. I don't know if it's true or not, but it's theoretically possible.
