  I hope you are aware that you are on, and (FYI) freely capable of browsing, a website dedicated to Mike's opinion on the general subject of how technology, law, and creativity intersect. While several users have gone above and beyond by responding to your projected assertions and generally execrable attitude with links to relevant content and some helpful insight as to how their links may help your query, you seem to be hell bent on consuming what little good will the average person is willing to give to passers by in nearly every single one of your responses. Your questions have been answered, if there was ever any baited breath that they wouldn't have been. Perhaps you shouldn't drop in to a conversation with the expectation that your assertions will be granted without question or comment.

  Mental wires crossed but for a moment and now I'm stuck with the image of a very angry, and apparently out of shape given the sedentary job and all the sweat, director of vaginal corrections, foaming at the mouth while trying to defend the very serious business he conducts in the execution of his titular duties.
  
  I know we'd all jokingly pass it off as a silly job: "how hard could it be to correct a vagina?" But, could you really blame the school for being so transparently flabbergasted at being called out on its incompetence?

  I agree in that capital gains should be treated no differently than any other income source. Regarding my ire for Warren Buffet, the IRS will happily accept a check. Actions speak louder than words and so far that is all that is proffered: useless rhetoric.

The whole conflation of personal holdings with the rate of income in the political debate over taxation as a solution to "income inequality" only seems to serve those who want to feel good about getting nothing accomplished.
