TWA really messes up

from the If-you-can't-send-email,-how-you-can-fly-planes? dept

This one really tops the list of someone screwing up. TWA accidentally included the email addresses of subscribers when they sent out the weekly fare specials. No one got the complete list, but recipients did get partial lists and almost 80% of their subscribers email addresses were inadvertently revealed. This is absurd. This is the type of mistake that should cause someone to lose their job. It's sloppy, plain and simple.

    This is FUBAR

This is a major bummer, but I have had this happen when a list-admin guy replied....sent US the entire list [200+] and I have no use for these whacky people's @.coms, but some may and that is called SPAM [evil].
