Apparently, the "adult" site Voyeurdorm is suing CBS for stealing the idea for Big Brother from their concept. This is pretty pointless. It's fairly clear that Big Brother is an offshoot of numerous European shows - and I really don't see how streaming video is a "trade secret". However, the rest of the article does make some very interesting points about reality TV and why CBS is hoping people tune in to Big Brother.

I thought Voyeurdorm was just a rip-off of Jennicam. Wasn't Jennicam the first thing of this type on the net?

  I'm sure someone will come up with something even older, but when you get down to it they're all just imitations of Fish Cam from the old Netscape/Mozilla days.
