A short article that tries to figure out what the voice of the internet is by looking at what sounds are popular in dot com commercial voice overs. Apparently, it's the edgy, cool "in the know" type of voice. I'm going to have to start practicing with a tape recorder...

    Shocking

    Judging by the content I find, I would have figured the voice of the internet was a whiney, indignant, hot blonde cheerleader who didn't read the FAQ but wants to maximize my productivity gains and use technology to bring the world closer together.

    ...or something like that....
