The End Of Silicon Valley?

from the too-much-too-quickly dept

A new study has come out suggesting that Silicon Valley may lose its title as tech capital of the world unless they start doing something about quality of life issues. Many companies are finding it much cheaper and easier to startup elsewhere. This definitely makes a lot of sense. It will be interesting to watch how the Valley reacts to this. I do believe that they can keep their lead (all of the infrastructure is in place) but things definitely need to change to account for all of the growth. Of course, in theory, the people out here are supposed to be experts at changing to match changes in the environment around them.
