Cool Photos From CEATEC
from the gadget-eye-candy...-mmmmmm dept
Someone who prefers to be anonymous sent me a ton of photos of cool gadgets that were taken last week at CEATEC Japan (Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies). Most of the pictures are of funky handheld gadgets. It's gadget eye candy. I just put together the photo pages pretty quickly, so the layout sucks and there's no commentary, but damn, some of those gadgets look cool. There are seven pages of pictures, so keep on clicking.Thank you for reading this Techdirt post. With so many things competing for everyone’s attention these days, we really appreciate you giving us your time. We work hard every day to put quality content out there for our community.
Techdirt is one of the few remaining truly independent media outlets. We do not have a giant corporation behind us, and we rely heavily on our community to support us, in an age when advertisers are increasingly uninterested in sponsoring small, independent sites — especially a site like ours that is unwilling to pull punches in its reporting and analysis.
While other websites have resorted to paywalls, registration requirements, and increasingly annoying/intrusive advertising, we have always kept Techdirt open and available to anyone. But in order to continue doing so, we need your support. We offer a variety of ways for our readers to support us, from direct donations to special subscriptions and cool merchandise — and every little bit helps. Thank you.

What a waste
"Advanced Technology" dont make me laugh. I mean what are these people up to, you'd think at least one company would make some sort of hand held video phone. I mean come on...

Time to move
I'm tired of drooling over the gadgets and things we can't have. I have been drooling since the Zuarus days, NOT the lame use verion that never got any open developer suport. Don't get me wrong , I thought the Zaruases were intriguing, and nice interface/feel, but no open expandability
and compared to the Zaurus tablets in Japan...... Sheesh. I bet they will be the first to have neural jacks to!!!!!
Technocat, tired of only window shopping.
