Company Gets Rid Of Phone Lines

TMH, a small company that makes high end audio and video equipment has apparently decided that the telephone is way too inefficient as a communications mechanism. They've ditched all of their phone lines and will only communicate by email. Their main phone number simply directs people to their website. If they absolutely need to have a phone line, they'll set up a temporary line for an hour or a day, or however long it's needed. Of course, some people think this is a gimmick (and, of course, to some extent it is), but it's still interesting to see how well the company does with this policy. So far, they say, most (though not all) customers don't have a problem with it.
