Service Sucks, But That Won't Stop People

Want to know why wireless service continues to suck? Because, while people are pissed off and hate bad service, they still prefer bad service over no mobile phones at all. People are increasingly saying they absolutely must have mobile phone service -- even as they complain about how terrible the quality of service is. What the study doesn't say is how things have changed over time, and it certainly seems like carriers have been at least putting more effort lately into being better at service -- though, there are still plenty of unhappy customers.
