South Korea Fines Microsoft For Anti-Trust Violations

South Korea is the latest to find Microsoft guilty of anti-trust violations, fining the company $32 million. Microsoft says they're going to appeal the ruling. Of course, with all the recent stories of Microsoft simply shoveling out cash to make various lawsuits from companies go away, it's almost surprising that they don't just pay the $32 million to make this issue go away as well.

Payment = Guilt
If he spends $32 million bribing government officials and getting them to overturn the ruling, he's not guilty.
The more not-guilty verdicts against Microsoft, the less likely yet another country is to try and bring charges.
