I hate to sound cynical, but courses like this are not needed.
You will find that infra management is a collection of a idiots deciding what goes down. There are no smart people that speak up because they have already fought and lost the war.
Take WannaCry and the who managing updates across and enterprise environment. Most of it is still a joke, even for business that take it 1/2 way seriously. I work for an organization that was not infected but still have self important executives pissing around the joint WTF'ing everything they can spot that is wrong with the environment in hopes we are not hit with it.
It never occurs to them that they were the cause of what was wrong because of their past decisions because most people don't want to lose their jobs by pointing that out.
There are just too many stupid people in management that have yet to understand systems managements in any fundamentally beneficial way. I watch companies endlessly waste a $1 to save a penny.
