Maximize your peace of mind on the road with this Hi-Res DashCam. Simply turn it on when you're driving, and it'll record footage of the road on a continuous loop. It offers up to 2 hours of recording time with an 8GB microSD card, and can take still shots as well. It automatically records when your car suddenly jerks or shakes, even if the device is turned off. The dashcam is on sale for $25.

Thank you for reading this Techdirt post. With so many things competing for everyone’s attention these days, we really appreciate you giving us your time. We work hard every day to put quality content out there for our community.
Techdirt is one of the few remaining truly independent media outlets. We do not have a giant corporation behind us, and we rely heavily on our community to support us, in an age when advertisers are increasingly uninterested in sponsoring small, independent sites — especially a site like ours that is unwilling to pull punches in its reporting and analysis.
While other websites have resorted to paywalls, registration requirements, and increasingly annoying/intrusive advertising, we have always kept Techdirt open and available to anyone. But in order to continue doing so, we need your support. We offer a variety of ways for our readers to support us, from direct donations to special subscriptions and cool merchandise — and every little bit helps. Thank you.

Notice
I bought this exact model from China a year or so ago and the battery burst in the heat we had over the summer.
If you are thinking of getting one to use in a hot climate, make sure it has a capacitor for holding a charge instead of a battery!

Maybe I could open a virtual machine and try a Windows-based browser, but I don't reward browser-specific web sites with purchases.
You lost a sale, there.
