Crazy Dot Com Advertisers

The NYTimes has an article about the recent increase in "shocking" dot com ads. Some folks wonder if these ads are doing the job. I think, in the end, these ads that seem to shock just for the sake of shocking are beginning to lose their appeal. They're blending together. I remember outpost.com because they were the first to do it, but now I forget all the other "shocking" ads.
