3Com to release new Palms

3Com is poised to officially roll out the Palm VII on Monday, along with an updated Palm V. Since the Palm VII has already been maligned as too expensive and poorly implemented, I have to wonder if Palm shouldn't just focus on creating the OS, and let companies like Handspring concentrate on the hardware.
