Intel bought wireless chip designer DSP Communications for $1.6B. This
deal positions Intel to create the guts for wireless devices and then let other companies create the outside packages. Hmm, this sounds familiar. Are we about to the see the birth of wireless clones? First, we have to have something to clone.
