The SF Chronicle went to some classes and then compared the notes they took to notes posted on some online note taking sites. The results were not very good (especially if you're the student relying on the notes).

    Too true!

    Its not only not on the internet but intranet notes that lectures put up are definately no substitute to taking the notes yourself. I guess there trying to look after there own interests, think about it, why would I want to go to lectures that I can just look up whenever its convienent.
