Kozmo, the Online Convenience Store

Here's an article about Kozmo, the online convenience store, which promises delivery in an hour launching in Boston. I know it's also launched in San Francisco recently as well, and folks really seem to like it. Seems like an interesting concept. Tough to make it work, but just about everyone I've spoken to about it really thinks its cool. I assume, though, that they'll never be able to expand beyond the major cities.
