It's interesting to see all of the hype thats been surrounding other growing internet markets but one that up until recently hasn't had nearly enough interest is the latin american market. After the market crashes seem to have bottomed out in the region, there might just be a boom on the latin american web. A research firm, IDC estimates that the latin american e-commerce market will reach in excess of $8 billion by 2003 (sound tempting yet?).
