MSN Wants to Catch AOL Next Year

I'm all for setting lofty goals, but I think this one is just a bit beyond Microsoft's reach. Apparently they've decided that they want to sing up more subscribers for MSN than AOL in 2000. Considering the fact that MSN has never really gotten off the ground despite many attempts, I wonder what they plan to do differently this time.
