  First, it may be time to close comments after a period of time, say 3 months. Or have them approved after a period of time.
  
  Ban the users posting long comments.
  
  Lawyer is kind of foolish.
  
  As Techdirt is in the US, the lawsuit should be in the US.
  
  Surprised he didn't say the letter was copyright!
