Funny how these things that are readily available, have a lasting impression, are STILL sought after, and DO make publishers money, can't be claimed as being owned because they are in the public domain. They have no copyright attached... nobody who "owns" it.... is there anybody who doesn't benefit from them being in the public domain?
People can find it readily... Publishers are free to print it... and make money from printing... The public at large benefits from the cultural history...

Most AV software comes with it's own firewall .. so it defeats the purpose for which you intend it to be, as the AV would whitelist the port that is listening.
