I have been making snowmen in the Sierra Nevada for years with my kids. Most of the snow at the cabin(less the first or late spring storm) is very dry powder and does not lend itself to making snowmen easily, but alas my kids and I figured it out years ago.
Does this patent meant that I should be careful of posting my dry snowmen on my facebook page since I may fringe on this morons patent?

Yahoo, Infoseek, Lycos. These were all hugely popular prior to Google's dominance. And even before Google was an option. There success was driven by the fact that they were simply better at it than there competitors, and to this day I think that to be true.

I was agreeing with you, and only taking it one step further that they shouldn't have bothered to begin with. I completely agree that if they think it is some kind of issue then they need to do their job and get a warrant.

I think they should take it for what it was. Something stupid, and quit waiting time worrying about the possible whereabouts of this obviously deranged troll.

Ever seen "National Treasure"?
The reason I ask is that like the movie the law shall be written with a hidden exception that can only be seen by moon light with a special set of lenses. It will exempt all EU government members from having to abide by this overreaching law.
It is similar to how the US Congress exempted themselves from the universal health care law passed a couple years ago.

I think it would be more acceptable if they had separate Men and women's lines where the men were all patted down by hot 20 year olds, and we get some Chippendale dancers for the ladies. I think you would see objection to the searches go down, and willingness to succumb go up.

Truth hurts. Anytime a SWAT team gets called out just because the Raiders are in town playing a game should be the first indicator that there is a problem.

I damn near had an aneurism reading that self cited post. As to who Firefox uses for their search default, they have a little drop down in that window which allows you to switch engines to whomever you like. As for Chrome..... Well DUH it favors Google. Last I checked that's who wrote it.

You have a local video store? After the blockbuster news there is only one left in my city (as of a month ago). My options are some sort of online stream, Netflix, or Redbox.

Decisions should not be made simply because something is easy, but instead because it is the right thing to do.
What Access Copyright is doing should not be allowed to occur. Trying to disseminate this type of information to students should not be this complicated, and is even more proof that the system is broken and needs to be fixed.
I applaud those schools who have said they will no longer be held hostage by groups like this. I hope that they have the will to see this through and prove that companies like Access Copyright are not needed or necessary.
