They may be compelled, but they are being overly aggressive. They're basically suing anyone that has three jagged lines in their branding, regardless of what market the other company is in.
Meanwehile, back in reality, the thieves can't steal work anymore.
Oh, they'll still steal, or pirate. They'll just use different, more sophisticated means. Maybe even walk out of their houses to meet a shady person that may or may not rob/kill them because that's the only way they can get a copy of The Neverhood.
And what about the legacy companies that steal? Will they get punished just as severely?

What is the FCC doing about identity theft and fraud on the comments section?
How is the FCC closing the digital divide?
How did the 2015 Net Neutrality rules hurt investment of the major ISPs?
Actually, it's based off of an experimental kernel called Mach, but it has parts of BSD integrated onto it. They do have some GPLv2 components, but (to my knowledge) no GPLv3. In fact, the lower level parts of Mac OS X, including the kernel, are available via the APSL license. No, you won't find any part of the GUI released by Apple.
Bleh, can't find the video where a political group snarked that since the UK government were giving cab drivers hand-outs, they should be giving them to other old jobs like town criers.

And watch as JPEG compression mangles the information. Or someone sees something that needs touching up and inadvertently erases a bit of the information.

Cool. Better start with the RIAA and MPAA: They're the worst offenders of intellectual property and make the most money off of it.
