I would so pay for this, I don't need 50+ plus channels of the home shopping network, and whatever else they try to cram in my overpriced cable package.
The Problem is that on the Internet I have my choice of where my news comes from. I stopped watching local news, and even looking at the paper when I found that I so many more choices of where to get my information from.
All my news is put into one place google reader, where I can sift through headlines of on topics which interest me, if I see an article worth reading I will click the read more link because I prefer to read the article on the website which the article came from
The choice presented to the consumer makes it harder for the business, but is this actually a bad thing?
I had not heard of sellaband until I read this article. I really like the concept, at least then I know where my money is going and that it's helping the artists I like want to listen to.
I just checked out the myspace page, I have heard that song before good tune, I noticed it's not available for download. I would love to give my money directly to my favorite artists, but until the big money is gone this just isn't gonna happen....
No I'm saying that the law is stupid, and needs to be re-worded to say the medicine was purchased with intent to make meth. Running around arresting people who have done nothing other than be sick & need medicine is stupid. It has nothing to do with gender or age.
what I'm trying to figure it is how these police can look themselves in the mirror when knowing they arrested this poor woman for simply having a cold and needing medicine. I would have to find another job seriously because that's just stupid!
I would think what cable should be more concerned about is Hulu and/or boxee, these sites offer instant access to your favorite shows, no downloading or waiting for the dvd to arrive. I personally am setting up a media center in my living room with a p.c at the center, I'll be getting rid of cable, who needs it thanks to hulu, fancast & boxee.
Well I don't know if I saw a local band and they we're a damn good act, sure I was take the music if they we're giving it away. If they had a way for me to support them buy purchasing t-shirts or live show tickets, then I would do it. Music is good music and if you want more of it then you'll do what you can to promote your favorite artists.
You can please some of the people some of the time, but never all the people all the time...

My Cousin Bought my son an xbox 360 last year for christmas, along with guitar hero. My Son really enjoys playing the game, but playing it made him want the real thing. So We got him his first guitar and he love's playing it. I think if a kid interested in playing music this will just make them want it all that much more, but if they we're never that interested to begin with, then it's just another game to them.
Um I am aware that it's the other websites issue I just figured I could make them aware of the issue and the article could be updated to point to another copy of interview.
