Okay, you're clearly oppressing me. I should be free to state my unqualified sexual orientation without suffering further inquiry into the degree or nature of stated straightness.
I look at a lot of this from a viewpoint of precedence (IANAL)
What if they are only doing all this to fight terrorism? (which we know is false). Once terrorism is handled, they will move on to other matters to investigate.
What if they are only doing this to fight terrorism and drug trafficing? Once that subsides they'll move on to other matters.
What if they are only doing this to fight terrorism, drugs, and crimes? After that's tamed, they'll move on to other matters.
Yea, now they report findings to DEA. And they'll be finding stuff to report to IRS.
And if that doesn't keep em busy, they'll hop back to busting pokersites that allow American players. Or people exchanging music & videos. Or if an app logs us as "speeding", maybe they can automate traffic tickets there to. (remember they used tom tom data to place speed traps.)
Yeah, we all cut corners and they're going to fuck us over for whatever reason they can, sooner or later.
Sorry this wasn't well written, but it's not a rant.
The T 0.200s indicates the photos were take 1/5 of a second apart. The car was blocking the view of the lines in the first, and moved forward enough so that you can see the lines in the second.
People can also be tagged in other people's posts which can show up in friends' newsfeeds, but it's not said if that's the case.
Regardless, I don't think that it would change the case if she didn't even have a Facebook account.
If my friends I posted anywhere "That One Guy is so fat and ugly I can't stand the smell" and hundreds of others, and you had to hear about directly it from your friends and family after they read it, and indirectly from your co-workers and classmates who decided to follow the same degrading lines when they spotted you, whether or not your have access to where I posted is fairly moot, imo."
And when you say, "simply do no go to the pages", it seems you're not understanding the problem. The problems is when people who are not your close friends and family go there, and then decided to harrass you in person. Of course you want the material removed and "not going to the pages" is not a solution.

Sure hostess went tits up, but surely American capitalism is more about quick returns more than selling over-priced goods forever.
The failures of management not daring to try to compete with Little Debbie by using more reasonable pricing cannot be blamed on capitalism.

Almost sounds like the problem originates from the fans, which is, of course, false.
The problem is that EA continues to follow general business policies akin to son-of-a-bitch'ery.
