This has got to be THE dumbest thing.
A college who has THE time to waste money on trying to trademark a word that THE general population do not associate with them.
I think that this is just THE latest money grab to support THE sportsball program that brings in THE bacon.
One does wonder why THE public doesn't take the board to THE woodshed and ask them why THE fuck they are wasting money on fighting THE pointless battle when working out how THE hell they will get students back on THE campus and salvage THE educational careers of THE students who we are fairly certain will not see THE benefits of THE decision to waste THE money.

"Miller tried to have this sealed, claiming it would (obviously) harm his reputation"
This implies he had a reputation that wasn't already in the toilet.
Shouldn't the GQP have run him out for causing an abortion?
Or are they only bad for other people and not the side pieces?
Also apparently abstinence only doesn't work or perhaps when we say save yourself for marriage we need to clarify you don't get to then have more sexual partners.
He advised Trump and apparently wasn't bright enough to consider that when sticking your dick in a hooker perhaps a condom might be a wise idea. And people still support him.

I have an amendment to my horse-whipping lying Congress people l
When they put out some performance art like this, that even Clarence Thomas can see is unconstitutional, they need to be punished for violating their oath to protect & defend the Constitution.
Its sad that the nation has become more obsessed with imaginary problems while stepping over homeless people on our streets.
That Anonymous Coward (profile), 27 Apr 2021 @ 5:36pm
We quickly solved these problems by doing 1 simple trick, we turned the entire world upon its head by defaulting to opt out instead of opt in.
A pots line during election season ringing off the damn hook, now some of you might not understand that I MIGHT be the least republican leaning person, but 15 messages a day paid for by the republican party on the answering machine annoys the shit out of me. But in the single dimensional thinking, Congress made the law not apply to political things.
If I so loved the Republican party that I wanted daily blasts of misinformation & fear mongering on my phone, asking me to sign up shouldn't be seen as a hurdle.
But there is money being made by corporations getting profits by allowing it to happen & dragging their feet to stop it from happening.
The sum of human knowledge at my fingertips & somehow we can't manage to create a system that uses technology to end spam texts & let people sign up for what they want to get news about... This isn't backdoors in encryption hard or controversial, this is corporate profits well ahead of any concern for us.
They could fix this, but well its more profitable to keep it going pretending that they just don't have the power to control their networks.

Re:

We have water coming our of taps that can kill.
We have military personal & families living in what could be classified as SuperFund sites.
We have those who defended our freedom around the world, denied care unless they can produce data showing that the giant ass clouds of thick black smoke from uncontrolles burn pits might have been toxic. So what if 1000's have already died of the EXACT same cancers & symptoms and the ONLY connection is their time near burn pits.
We have roads & bridges that can kill people because of their shitty conditions.
We have 100's of millions of gallons of poison in a retaining pond that shoudl have been dealt with decades ago, but until it was a large enough problem they couldn't cover up they took minimal action, but hey they managed to pass an unconstitutional law allowing for 3 or more people on the street to be arrested if someone they don't even know called DeSantis a bitch.
And the LARGEST PROBLEM in this nation is allegedly that some conservative assholes are being cancelled for being assholes while pretending its because of being conservative not because they are a truly shitty person. They've spend more time on this that making sure the rest of us had the same access they had to the vaccines (that many of those who were first in line STILL pretend isn't killing people) is happening.

A sitting member of congress said on video the jewish space lasers thing... she now claims she never did & she is being cancelled unfairly.
She stalked and harassed a citizen who survived a mass shooting she isn't sure really happened.
She is being cancelled for HER views, because her views are insane. But she wraps up in the conservative comforter & people defend a woman they would normally cross the street to avoid.
Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, not a symbol for all things people put in their mouths.
I mean white people always love to demand that all Muslims need to denounce the bad acts of a few, but where was the demand for apology's from white people after Charlottesville?
