Wait, so if I decide I'm going to commit a bank robbery, and I plan to use a rental car to commit the crime, the police can go to the car rental lot and seize their cars because they're "property used, or intended to be use, in any manner or part to commit or facilitate the commission" of the crime?
You are hereby accused of murder. Of course "presumption of validity" is just innocent until proven guilty, so my accusation should be assumed to be innocent (saying that it isn't valid would means you're declaring me guilty of lying!). Therefore you must be assumed a murderer until my accusation of murder is proven guilty (or invalid).
Why not take it to its ultimate conclusion? Strengthen copyrights so much that even the author of the works isn't allowed to build on his own works when creating new ones.
That will provide an incentive for them to make every new work from scratch without any influence whatsoever and thus be truly original!

First shalt thou take out the Holy Wire, then shalt thou measure three feet, no more, no less. Three shall be the length thou shalt measure, and the length of the measuring shall be three. Four feet shalt thou not measure, neither measure thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then connectest thou thy Holy Wire towards thy VCR, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.
An american, a frenchman and a swedish guy are all on an airplane. Suddenly the pilot comes and says that the plane is going to crash, but they only have 3 parachutes, so he dons one and jumps out of the plane to safety. The american punches the frenchman and the swedish guy screaming "America rules!" and dons a second parachute, jumping off the plane. The frenchman comes to his senses before the swedish guy, and realizes he has a chance to take the last parachute, so he

Note that he didn't say "all femdom" but "any number of femdom" pictures. Any number unequivocally would mean a subset of "all" pictures (non exlusive), this implies that "not all femdom pictures" would qualify. Since "all" wasn't explicitly stated, the original poster clearly was refering to a smaller subset that qualified.
The qualifications of said subset were not specified. Still, this is enough to deduce that the original statement meant that "any number of fem-domme photos" refers to "a certain number of fem-domme photos that qualify". This of course means that there is also a hypotetical number of fem-domme photos that "don't qualify".
The most obvious qualification of said photos would be ones that matched the qualifications stated by the judge, since said comment is in response to an article quoting that judge. Anything else would just be, like, stoopid.
