The filing actually says nothing about any agreement between the two, or any payments offered and refused. It will be good to see the defense's filing when it comes in.
Yes, because we must have /qualifications/ to ask questions! A little piece of paper from a commercial enterprise (university/college/trade school) makes us instant experts, not personal experience in the field.
I would like to see a citation to this. 'Induced infringement' is just another added charge on the original infringer, not their customers. These things can get confusing to us outside the field of law.
Yes, that would be fair, but we're not talking about fair. We're talking about the massive disconnect and hypocrisy, as well as government so openly teaming with corporations. Don't care if you don't mind your little 'units' being brainwashed, but keep my family out of it. We don't want this bullshit being foisted on our kids.
If someone in a Muslim country purchases porn from a site based in the US, how has the US company broke the law? Certainly the person in the Muslim country may (or may not!) have broken the law, but that has no bearing on the US company whose business is entirely legal where they are.
Re: Re: Judge me on *WHAT* I do not how much of it.
The agreement was I do X (which I did) and you pay me Y (which you did), but you want me to do X+Z for Y. That is just as nonsensicle. Which isn't even a word. It's 'nonsensical'. See? I just increased your productivity by proofing for free.
