You know, you can avoid all the crap if you're willing to wait for these new games to become old ones, and then just get them from Good Old Games
I've gotten a few from there, and play for hours, and none cost more than $10.
I refuse to spend $60 on a game, even if I end up playing it for months. I remember I could get a new game for about $25 back in the good old days. If these gaming companies would drop that $60 price point to $25, $30, or maybe even $40, they'd sell a hell of a lot more units (if they strip the DRM out, as I still would refuse to buy it at $5 if it was loaded with DRM.)
Then after they drop prices, let's then get them to stop freaking out about the used game market. As if that'll happen.
They should need a warrant in order to attach any device to anything I own.
I own my car, therefore you have to get my permission to attach something to it... unless you have a warrant issued by a state or federal court specifically stating what device is to be attached, and specifically stating to which vehicle said device is to be afixed to.
If you don't have a warrant, and you still want to track my movements, you'd better have someone following me.
It's going to be just like it was when everyone (read: mainstream news networks) was stumbling over how to pronounce 'Qatar', only this time with spelling.
Heh. I'm glad someone brought up HIPAA. I used to deal with that when I worked in the military health system at a helpdesk. Taking HIPAA courses in MHS Learn sucked, but if you didn't, you lost your certification and were locked out of your computer until you took it (and passed.. but passing was not difficult.)
Besides, the school can tell its students that they don't want you talking about pygmy hippo's, and if you do, we'll expel you. They can pretty much stipulate anything they want.
the evidence clearly shows that they were talking about starting some kind of social networking service at some point in the future...
Umm.. in your own words, they were only talking about it. I can talk about doing something all day/week/month/year/decade/century/millenium/eon/epoch/you get the idea long. If I never DO it, then I have no right to go sue someone that actually does something to make it happen.
If you only talk about doing something, and I come along and actually do it, and then you come trying to take MY earnings.. well, good luck.

Can we do this AFTER my vacation to Vegas this year?
There's enough sweet, sweet debauchery there without adding to it with Hollywood or Berlusconi.
The move may commence in September. This allows nearly a month for Vegas to recover from me being there before it is inundated with the idiocy that is Hollywood/Italy.

The law profession has been in disrepute long before Andrew Crossley was ever a twinkle in his daddy's eye.

Ok ok, I know, Tattoo has a double T, Tatooine doesn't. The tattoo artists are just trying to avoid a lawsuit by spelling it differently.
