So if he's not the top lobbyist or a lobbyist, then what would you call him?
I like Chief Squirrel Executive, since he must have a short attention span with so much lobbying and not count as a lobbyist.
Or maybe we could call him "Licorice" (Lobbyist In Charge Of Reliably Injecting Campaign Endowment), but that's just to give him an abbreviation that makes him sound weird.
So let’s go with her idea and strip out hate speech from the first amendment. Suddenly you are being arrested for an article you wrote about how hate speech should be stripped out because of some hateful people.
I say that because politicians are either going to add loopholes or leave them in, so others can use it to their advantage. Then claim it was hate speech because it was hateful towards white supremacists. It may not get that bad, but people don't care until they are on the other end of the story. It's sad how many people, companies, and the government agencies don't think of long-term consequences for their actions. Maybe everyone has a severe case of ADD?
So that's why they got hacked, the government agencies are incompetent (which we all already knew). China probably got a hold of their post-it notes when they threw out the trash, because they forgot to redact some obvious words.
Heh, i agree about the "Write to your congressman" remark. I've tried that, then get a response from an intern, who failed to remove the note to clean it up before sending it out. All they gave me in return was "well he's for it so :p" and the note was "In regard to China. (Suzanne: this is a letter our Tulsa intern wrote. Can you insert the proper language and then workflow back to me? Thanks!!!)" No idea what the in regard to china was about, and it was at the end in red text with the note.
That's always amusing, yet annoying, to see people who talk about a subject they have no experience with. On the internet it's trolling, in real life it's politics.
It's amusing to see what politicians come up with as a "fix" instead of tackling the actual problem. Parents are suppose to be responsible for what their kids do on any device or computer. So why not educate parents on parental controls (in the UK it will be a law i'm sure), which is a better idea and harder to bypass (depending on the software).
There's parental controls for smartphones too, but the issue is that parents need to learn what tools they have for keeping their kids safe online and/or keep them off of bad sites.
I will admit, these things can be a pain, but if you have a kid, they aren't going to make your life easy anyways. It's like with anything else, the more effort you put into it, the better the results.

If I had to guess 1 company, I'd probably go with AT&T, since they are my ISP and are constantly trying to screw someone over.
