So, if you don't like the rules/laws, run for office and change them! Hey, wait a minute!
The school is clearly in the wrong here when they decide that someone's opinion must be abated as well as the support of the same person by others. These kids will be ready for Washington D.C. before they graduate!
See post #1 up above. If a woman has shared life experiences with said player and presents the truth - as seen/experienced by her then he needs to shut the eff up and get over himself. Sorry, but her "life rights" included time spent with him and she is free to share them with whomever she pleases for whatever compensation the two parties agree on.
If she lies about his behavior or specific facts, there are laws that cover those instances (libel, slander, defamation of character, etc.).
However, if he acts like an ass, or treats her like crap, then she passes that information along, well, too bad for Mr. Bosh. Karma is a bitch that has no mercy and could care less who you are or how much money you make.
Employees are at-will employees and unless your employment is contracted (specific terms and often length of service) you can be fired at any time for any reason or NO REASON at all!!
The "balance" side of this awkward situation is that the employer is responsible for paying for your unemployment benefits if the reason you were fired was not any mis-doing on your part.
For example:
Company X: We fired Jon because we just don't like the guy.
State of Ca.: That's fine, here's the bill for his unemployment benefits.
Company X: We fired Jon because he was always late to work and he stole company property.
State of Ca.: That's fine. By the way Jon, you won't be receiving any unemployment benefits!
Feel free to provide any corrections you might feel are important. Please understand you won't be paid for your contribution. I understand this may cause you distress but honestly you won't find much sympathy around here.
Just once I'd like to see you bring even a proposed solution with your complaining. My guess is that you don't actually read or speak Spanish, and if you did but decided not to provide the corrections, you're just a lazy whining pathetic troll who likes to read his own complaints.
Please crawl back under your bridge or post something worth reading.
The corporatocracy that we have become here in the US insists that litigation is a business model. That fact is proven by the government employees that enjoy the fruits of their labor when they leave their office to work for the very corporations they were supported by to get into office in the first place. The laws are in place to favor the business of extreme litigation and ridiculous awards based on psychedelic accounting figures that could only make sense to those without a moral compass.
Well paytards, if you want to live by the sword (courts), I'll be happy to watch you die by the sword (courts).
Looking forward to watching Sony get dragged naked over the coals, broken glass, and beds of nails before coming to rest in a pool of isopropyl alcohol.
Karma, the multi-platform real life game that requires no rootkit, or even your explicit permission, you're playing whether you like it or not! Sony, you lose!

Loath is an adjective meaning "unwilling." It ends with a hard th and rhymes with growth or both.
Loathe is a verb meaning "to hate intensely." It ends with a soft th like the sound in smooth or breathe.
Examples: He was loath to admit that he was included in the deal.
(He was unwilling)
Alex loathes spiders.
(Hates them intensely)
