I agree. I don't think it will be a stretch at all for him act like a hypocritical asshole. In fact, I think it is a requirement to serve in the position.
I love how they named it the “Restoring Internet Freedom Order.” If these guys wrote legislation to repeal the 13th Amendment, they’d call it the “Providing Jobs and Outdoor Recreation for Non-Whites Act.”
Looks, it’s all ok because Packergirl read everything and these new rules are going to give us EVEN MORE FREEDOM! I am a bit confused, though, whether the new rules will only be less complicated than before but leave the govt with more power granted by the 2015 rules, or if these new rules both simplify AND take away that govt power, which I think is what turns into the even more freedom that I get to enjoy.
I’m confused. If the ceiling of credibility is getting bumped by “cheap shots,” does that mean it is going up? You bump things up, right? I’ve never heard of bumping down.
Whatever you do, don’t alert the DOL to the edits in the complaint. You’ll be on the wrong side of a CFAA complaint as soon as Agent “Hawk” recovers from being intimidated by a smiley face.
Good GAWD! It's like his brain took a dump out his mouth and it splattered on the page.
But just so I'm clear. Craig would be totally ok if I posted those naked pictures of him on a website, but videos of him giving interviews are fake news. Is that it?
What the hell are they going to do with the debit card? They've booked it into evidence. There's absolutely no legal basis to try to use the card to drain money from his account. In fact, should they try I imagine there are lots of attorneys in California who would love to file a lawsuit because that would be the very definition of a taking without due process. So I'm left to think that Officer Aranas took the debit card just to be a dick. Mission accomplished, dick.
I dunno. Atari might think they're going to roll through this case like a tank and defeat this space invader, but if Nestle has a good defender then the battlezone may turn out to be more pitfall than adventure. That is the risk you take when you go berzerk and start suing.
I was reading an online car magazine and they had an article titled something like, "Refreshing or Revolting." So I scrolled down to comment and . . . comments removed. All to make the site better, faster, and easier for me.

Hey John, better get to work and let Judge Orrick and the U.S. Copyright Office know that they don't know anything about copyright and the public domain. Maybe they haven't looked at Slater's website.
