First would be the problems as hand would have to be simple enough to figure out a solution for. You imply that there are actual problems that a politician can solve, but a group of experts (real experts with working knowledge) couldn't. You must be kidding, right?
We live in a society for a reason. No one is capable of solving every problem, but together..
Next it would require citizens to have standing and a willingness to engage in a legal fight to attempt to correct the problem. I'm talking about a real democracy, not some legal fight. In a real democracy, every citizen have a standing because they're citizens.

I may be wrong, since english is not my native language, but according to The Free Dictionary "Not circuitous or evasive honest and frank" certainly sounds truthful to me. That doesn't mean he is right, of course, but that were never implied.
Also, foul language is a sign of mental bankrptcy, and bigotry, well, its' just sad. [citation needed]
I doubt the artists (who are supposedly compensated by this shit) see as much a dime from levies. But it requires a hefty collection agency to handle all the monies, which is good I guess.. After all, it creates jobs, no?
How can they profit from mods that are available online for free (or they also prohibit uploading your own work for free to anywhere?)
Also, if that's what they want, that's what they got, and you have to roll with it but: - WTF it means they can use your name? - What's with the last sentence? If you create a mod, they can oblige you to do work for them uncredited and unpaid?
Then you make yourself independent from petrol and gas by giving the energy companies the middle finger, and giving the money you'd spend on oil companies to thorium research and green energy initiatives.

When people can't be bothered to part from their favorite soap opera and reality show for some real news, then you get a system like this.
I don't think it's incidental tho..

I'd rather put up with a foul mouthed but straightforward man than a politically correct liar.
