What makes me laugh is that you've changed your avatar after someone called you out on using a copyrighted image even though you claimed "fair use" at the time.
I thought all this anti-bullying legislation was to stop kids from bullying other kids. Really, they want to protect the teachers/administrators from being bullied. And to really be "bullied" you would say the bully would have some sort of irrevocable uncontested power over the bullied. It is a sad day when a 12-year-old girl can successfully intimidate an adult through slights on the internet. That is what is wrong with kids these days...look at the spineless whimps that we trust with their education.
Wait, I hadn't heard about Romney's murder accusation...and we might as well give the commander of all our bomb dropping drones a pass on the murder charge.
Once again our ever-wise and elite government minds have made laws that have different application dependent of whether you are sent to the high court or the low court.
I'm trying to see your angle here. The government is the problem in both cases. They take your money and give to charities you don't support or they take your money (or special favors via tax breaks, land grants, etc.) and give it to their buddy corporations who then give it to charities you don't support.

Re:
What can bring you more reliable ratings statistics? Nielsen ratings extrapolated out? Or actual counts from online streams?
My guess is the old method of viewership stats collected was filled with inaccuracy and, with the way Hollywood does it's math, significantly overblown. And when better data collection comes out it turns out that tv shows weren't really reaching the number of eyeballs that they had been selling to advertisers all along.

Due process isn't when somebody who doesn't like you calls the cops and says you're doing something illegal and the cops, on that person's word alone, without a court order, seize your property.

As soon as anyone around here disagrees or raises a valid point, they are suddenly trolls or worse, paid shills.
Go back through you comments to see where you disagreed positing a valid point...until you guys bring any you will just be bitter naysayers and FUDge packers with nothing but ad hominem attacks and bile spewing rants.

he lied to the court
with Tenenbaum's continued use of file sharing and his lies, to support the supposed reasonableness of the ruling.
Tenenbaum's behavior -- which we agree was not good at all -
you agree that Tenenbaum is not particularly apologetic for what he did
I'm worried that Tenenbaum's own bad actions
who didn't act the same way Tenenbaum did.
Pirate Mike, admit you are a dirty pirate apologist. Clearly these weasel words prove it.
