That's why I refuse to register my political affiliation. That, and I flip-flop more than Kerry or Romney. I vote for whoever I feel will do the better job. Plus it keeps my mailbox empty.
I blame violent video game, TV shows, movies, and heavy metal music. If it is good enough excuse for law enforcment to use for us, we can turn the tide...Excuses are a double edged blade.
Am I the only one that sees this as a way of trying to uncover "who" anonymous is? You can't defend yourself in court "anonymously". As soon as someone comes out and says they represent anonymous, the handcuffs are going on them faster than a jackrabbit on speed.
When was the last album released by any of the people listed? Late 80's early 90's? I have to agree with gnudist. Queen, The Who, Robert Plant, and Elton John just lost a fan.
The idea is simple. BitTorrent Inc. helps artists to promote a bundle of free content to their 150 million users. This bundle includes a piece of sponsored software such as a media player or anti-virus package that can be installed as an option. When a user installs the free software, both the artist and BitTorrent get a cut of the proceeds.
Even more "bloatware" to install. I already have a media player that I use. I have trusted Anti-virus installed. Looks like I'll be checking the files in the torrent and un-checking the "extra" files.
Besides, I'm NOT going to be installing ANY programs I download from a Torrent. Who knows where they came from and what they REALLY do.
Re: What was that noise? It sounded like an point flapping over me...
So everytime I shift gears, scratch my nose, or drive with 1 hand on the wheel, my car applies the brakes?? I can see everyone using electical tape to keep the buttons pressed ALL the time if we do that. I can just imagine all the rear end collisions that will cause also.
I also see regular article about regions that are reportedly "hotspots of piracy" like China and Russia, routinely setting box office records for American films.
How do you think the "pirates" get the material to make illegal copies? SOMEONE has to go and pay to see the movie so they can pull their cam out and record it in the theater...

Make the movie, but change the person's name. Then at the end you can just put the blurb about
"All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental."
