Most, if not all, opinions or views will annoy/offend/enrage SOMEBODY, letting them air their annoyance, though not manditory, can help to clear up the issues between the annoyer and the annoyee...
Locking them out and further name calling is a deliberate attempt to get a rise out of the annoyee, and by the looks of this particular post, quite an effective one too.
Before anyone bites my head off, I'm just trying to get this clear in my head:
I understand from the main blogs on this monkey see, do, sue thing that the monkey (which is not a person, almost certainly a minor, etc, etc)has no rights of ownership or copyright?
If this is the case does the chap that owns the camera now own the image?
If he owns the image can he apply for a copyright on that image?
Again, I'm only wanting to clarify this in my own head before I reply with something REALLY stupid... or maybe I'm too late (re-read above)
I think the egg contains the chicken, not that the egg IS the chicken, quoted from wikipedia below:
"Bird and reptile eggs consist of a protective eggshell, albumen (egg white), and vitellus (egg yolk), contained within various thin membranes."
The vitellus, or yolk, is the main food for the fetus, the albumen, or white, is mainly water with some added proteins.
The only part of the egg that could properly be considered the chicken would be the developing fetus, which consumes the afore mentioned food, water and protiens as it grows and eventually hatches from the egg.
And "egg rant 101" is over, I hope you've all learnt what you needed to, and that I've entertained whilst remaining informative. Be sure to tip your waiter/ess, I'm here all week!
A constantly mathematical chicken..... careful, they may take over the world.
but just because I can:
"An egg is not necessarilly a chicken... it may become a chicken, or it may become breakfast. Variable."
An egg is never a chicken (unless it's scared of something and is forced to roll away from it through this fear) it is always an egg, until it gets broken, either by the chicken on the inside of the egg or the hungry person making the breakfast, then it's still an egg, just a broken and empty one...
Of course if you're asking what came first, the chicken or the chicken egg, then it has to be the chicken - for an egg to be a 'chicken egg' it needs to have been laid by a chicken......
Am I thinking too much about this... or not enough?
The egg came first, it stands to reason, reptiles were here before birds and reptiles lay eggs.....
I think therefore I'm spam... other SPiced hAM products are available...
The information in the secret may become more valuble, the secret itself will hold no value as, if it is widely shared, it is no longer a secret.... I think.
I completely agree with one of the statements made above, though to protect myself from prosecution I will make no attempt to "quote" or copy it into my own post...
Did I read that pirates legitimately buy more music than any other group?
Could this be because because "any other group" includes people who will buy illegitimately from the pirates at a reduced price?
Buy quality at full price
Copy quality x 10,000
Sell each copy at half price.
Customer is happy to get quality at half price.
Pirate is rich after paying for just one copy at full price.
Record company lose out on sales.
Track doesn't get the chart position that it's combined legit and illegit sales deserve.
Less new listeners get to hear artist on the radio due to poor chart placement.
Less people hear about the artist so less merchandise is sold, impacting on potential artist/record company earnings.
Artist tours in smaller venues as a result of poor (legit) sales figures.
Record company drops artist after not hitting required income related targets.
Local McDonalds receives another application from an out of work musician trying to make ends meet.....

Did anyone else hear the penny drop?
Thanks for re-solidifying my mind to those that were patient enough to stay with me.
