'Tis sad they had to argue for it. Sadder that there are people in this world who honestly believe liking something is not a manner of speech/expression in it's own right and therefore should not be protected.
Uh. That might've been self-contradictory. I mean hand-picked by whoever decides these people should be the ones to vote for, the system, whatever. You know what I mean.
Same here, I want to vote for someone who will actually be a good President outside of the system, I don't trust hand-picked choices they are usually rigged in favor of someone wanting influence.
And by malicious I don't mean 'yo momma' jokes or 'lol u bad', I mean stuff like getting others to harass me, constant racial/sexist insults, nitpicking everything I do, stalking me across sites/places, death threats and just being about as unpleasant and obnoxious as they possibly can.
Perhaps if the person stresses out over elementary school insults.
However I've been on the receiving end of 'trolls' who seem to go out of their way to make somebody butthurt. The tactics they employ are highly malicious and dirty, I fail to see how anyone else could be judged for their behaviour.
'Oversensitive'? That's like saying I see too much cause I can see what's infront of my own face!
If someone follows the above list they win a VIP trip to smackjacket status, I really don't have time for their excuses. Act like an ass get treated like one!
when you say that masnic.. Legacy recording industry, what you really mean is "ACTUAL RECORDING INDUSTRY".. yes, you know the industry that ACTUALLY MAKES the music you are so keen to steal...
