Cyber-Lawn's Rule of Law
ANY law longer than one, single-typed page (10 font) or which requires the reader to have a law degree or frontal lobotomy (sometimes these are interchangeable) to understand is fundamentally useless and will not be enforced.

The answer when someone tells you you suck is NOT to reply that you suck ALL THE TIME! Who the hell is the TWC PR dept and why are they still employed?

While YOU may feel there is nothing wrong with porn, many people do (not saying I do, just saying) AND many more of THOSE people prefer to have their "public" image be that of a mainstream, conservative person....finding out about their private penchant for porn, SM, bondage, etc WOULD cause them significant embarassment....although Karma may argue they deserve it.

The authorities didn't wrestle him to ground so force is out but they also weren't LEGALLY ENTITLED to appropriate the item.
