I hope Conley has to piss his pants many times in the near future. And whomever at NASA started this needs to face the consequences, as well. While I hate to see the NASA budget get dinged, they need to pay for this until it hurts them badly.
Re: All bad is good as long as it's our people doing it.
Why do people like you always assume everyone else would be just as ignorant and despicable if "party identities are flipped"? I don't know of many Democrats who've been complete childish bullies like the GOP members of our current government. If you're unfamiliar with the 1st Amendment of our Constitution, you should Google it. God knows, nobody in the GOP has ever done that, yet, including the one currently occupying the White House.
I appreciate Ken White's opinion, but, his VPN analysis is simply his opinion and is no more cogent than that of any other person. The fact that he stoops to denigrate other publication's analysis in order to prop up his own strikes me as petty.
I had discussed with my partner switching our cellphone service to Project Fi from Google. But, after careful consideration, even though it would initially save us a significant amount of money, we decided against it. We just can't accept that in 6 months, a year, Google will decide to end the experiment and we'd be left with no service and be at the mercy of higher costs to go to another carrier. At this point, I'd be hard-pressed to use any Google product (other than gmail or Android) for anything critical.
How about an investigation of why the "librul media" effectively ignored a certain candidate's ongoing issues such as possible criminal charges for SEC violations, tax avoidance, perjury, assault and molestation, the enumerable lies the media never called him on, the "Russian" connections including treasonous promises made by a "trusted adviser" -- but day-after-day-after-day continuous coverage of the other candidate's emails. Yeah, where are THOSE investigations?
One of the problems with all this is the preponderance of shitbag lawyers using this crap to make bank. They can bill wealthy-but-clueless clients thousands to pursue these "C&D" actions against defenseless peons.
Aereo has absolutely nothing to do with THIS issue. You're attempting an irrelevant deflection because you have absolutely NO grounds to your argument. Nice try, shill. But, as always, you're full of BS.
Actually, the Intelligence Community wasn't convinced of Iraqi WMD, but Cheney and his posse of warmongers (Wolfowitz et al) pushed and demanded that conclusion. Put the blame where it actually belongs.
Regardless of who started it, a response is necessary at this point to prevent total anarchy. To just allow the Russians, or anyone, to continue to violate sensitive networks is ludicrous. And when you have the candidate from the GOP promising to lift the sanctions against the Russian oligarchs if they help him win the Presidency, the response needs to be thorough, swift, and brutal. And WikiLeaks? Assange is acting like a child, at this point. I've lost whatever respect I ever had for him (and I did respect him greatly). I don't think it too low for Assange to even doctor information, I can't trust what he "leaks" as being unaltered. His own personal agenda has become suspect.
Wanna know why we pirate? This is why we pirate. The cable and media empire are 100% responsible for creating a piracy environment. Much like the "war on drugs" and the DEA is responsible for that debacle. Let them (the cable industry) eat cake.
There are very, very few actual journalists working media these days. What we do have, in abundance, are ratings whores. Truth doesn't get those instant brownie points they crave.
I'm HEARING that Melania Trump is a high-priced slut. I don't know that it's true, but I'm HEARING it said by some people. See, that's how you're supposed to do it, just like Trump does.
Hopefully, Marsha Blackburn is stabbed in the heart with a wooden stake (politically speaking) so her AT&T sucking will cease to be a plague upon Tennessee and the rest of the country. The AT&T jizz can be seen dripping from her maw every time she speaks publicly.
Has Wikileaks been taken over by Putin's hackers? Sure seems like they're targeting anyone that's pissed off Putin. At this point, nothing out of Wikileaks can be trusted to be real or unmodified.
