Colleges would be crazy to not consider books that are free for students? As in books they can't charge obscene prices for? yeah, like that'll happen...
And then, by the time all of this is settled and they realize barring Samsung from selling their wares because it's corners were "too" rounded, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will have more use as a paper weight when compared to current models. *sigh*
You raise a fair point, I hope that can be resolved and a compromise be found. If there's one thing America's had trouble with recently is compromising, there's too many bills with either everything in it, the good with the bad, or nothing, rather than arbitrating a solution that's good for both sides.
