Please don't conflate "logic" with anything Blue Balls is saying. He hasn't left his parents basement in years and he just isn't up to forming complete A1 sentences.
Remember when there were "Master Keys" that would give access to every single lock in a building? Or only handfull of different skeleton keys for every single piece of luggage in the country?
I haven't seen that variant of weird "common law" (having done some reading on SovCits), and a Google search for the exact phrase "traditions of We The People" gave no results, so this seems to be his own spin on things.
Since Blue Balls can't use Google, he can't look things up I guess? Maybe he has a stack of SovCit comic books in his room that he cribs from?
Lacking a rebuttal from the source, I'll go with that.
Being a copyright maximalist clearly means being very careful to misunderstand basic things about reality.
Especially when Blue Balls makes the claim that he's against Corporations and Government. Clearly he loves his corporate overlords and wants bigger government control.
Re: Constitution by The People so NOT "government-granted monopo
But copyright is only a government granted monopoly - what the hell are you trying to say??
You get fined for copying movies not because of some natural law, but because the government will enforce it's authority over you. Without government backing copyright means nothing.
Barney can put up a fence to keep out apple thieves. Apples are property. They only way to stop me from copying a book or song is to make a law about.
And protecting imaginary property is anti-free market, pro-government and pro-corporation.
We The People don't approve of copyright, it has no moral or natural weight.

This is clearly where can. Commercial speech is not 1A speech because businesses are not persons. Period.
So therefore - Business can't hold copyrights?
